Some party members and cadres take advantage of official business trips to carry "private goods" and deliberately plan time-consuming and labor-intensive routes that include multiple attractions; Fourth, tourism arranged by management and service objects is accepted in violation of regulations. For example, very few party members and cadres regard industry associations, private entrepreneurs, etc. as their "money bags" for tourism consumption.
The unhealthy tendencies are breeding grounds for corruption, which is often the result of the "four tendencies" changing from quantitative to qualitative. From the case of disguised public funds tourism, some party members and cadres are not only obsessed with sightseeing and extravagance, but more importantly, they are willing to be "hunted" and "drawn", as if they have lost the political character of party members and cadres. "Success comes from frugality and failure from extravagance", indulging in the comfortable and luxurious life, it is possible to sell the public rights used by the people step by step, and eventually fall into the dark "corruption abyss".
We must unswervingly adhere to the principle of strictness. At the sixth plenary session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, it was clearly put forward that "we should seriously deal with the problem of using public funds for tourism in the name of training", which requires us to focus on the "four winds" of hidden variation and means renovation, continue to strengthen the levee of the eight central regulations, and use the government's "tight days" to guarantee the "good days" of hundreds of families. From the perspective of causes, public funded tourism has repeatedly "broken the defense". On the surface, the system of rules, including the financial system, is not perfect. Fundamentally, it is that individual party members and cadres have the idea of privilege and the awareness of discipline and rules is indifferent. The powerful deterrent effect of not daring to corrupt, rigid institutional constraints that cannot corrupt, and ideological and educational advantages that do not want to corrupt are integrated into one. Only when the three work together, in the same direction, and in a comprehensive way, can the ban be enforced and effective.
