Wang Wenbin said that further strengthening people to people and cultural exchanges between China and Singapore is in the fundamental interests of the two peoples. Both sides agreed to mutually exempt visa holders of ordinary passports. At present, the competent authorities of the two countries are closely communicating on specific matters.
