It was officially opened on December 23, 2006 after one year of trial operation. The completion of Macao Fisherman's Wharf has made Macao's tourism show a new look.

On the other three sides are the busy Hong Kong and Macao docks day and night, the new eight hundred companion department store with complete goods, the palace style gambling boat "Macao Palace", the five-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the magnificent Macao Cultural Center and Lotus Plaza.
The concept of "Fisherman's Wharf" in Macao originates from Europe and the United States. It represents a nostalgic leisure in Europe. It is not a single entertainment place, but a comprehensive leisure palace.
