Yongkang Great Wall (Yuanzhoucun Great Wall, called Yongkang False Great Wall), has completed the design work with the help of Yongkang Planning and Design Institute since 2009. It starts from the "Junzi Pavilion" at the foot of the village mountain and ends at the Dishuiyan Beacon Tower (Dishuiyan on the top of the mountain) at the top of the mountain. It is 1400 meters long, more than 800 meters above sea level, 1.2 meters high and 0.9 meters low. On the way there are three watchtowers, which are as magnificent as the Badaling Great Wall in Beijing. More than ten kinds of trees, such as red leaf heather, cedar and red maple, are planted on both sides.
The Great Wall of Yuanzhoucun is made of stones. It takes half of the mountainside, builds a cave, takes out the stones to build the Great Wall, adapts measures to local conditions, and uses local materials to save a lot of costs. Sculptures are placed in the caves for tourists to visit. Although they imitate the Great Wall at Badaling, since we have come to Yongkang, Jinhua, we can't help thinking of the saying "He who does not reach the Great Wall is not a hero".
