Haiwang Jiudao , located in Dalian, Liaoning, is the most splendid scenic spot in Changshan Islands Scenic Area (provincial level). How to get to Haiwang Jiudao/How to take a bus to Haiwang Jiudao ：
There are four passenger ships going back and forth between Zhuanghe and Haiwang Jiudao every day. It only takes three hours from Dalian to Zhuanghe and Haiwang Jiudao via Huanghai Avenue; One hour for ordinary passenger ship from Zhuanghe to Haiwang Jiudao, and 30 minutes for high-speed passenger ship.
