Lushun Military Port Park , located at the southern foot of Baiyu Mountain in Dalian, Liaoning, covering an area of about 5200 square meters, was built in 1987. The park is in a belt shape. There is a dike on the sea side. Stop at the dike and look ahead. The famous Lushun Pass is close at hand.

In 1894, during the Sino Japanese War of 1894, Lushun Military Port was occupied by Japanese invaders. In the following decades, it was occupied by Japan and Russia, and returned to the motherland until 1955. Now it is a training base of China's North Sea Fleet. Lushun Military Port has unique natural conditions and is a world-famous natural harbor. Its geographical location is extremely dangerous, easy to defend and difficult to attack, and it has always been a place of war.
