Mount Putuo It is a national 5A tourist attraction and national scenic spot. It is the ashram of Guanyin Bodhisattva and has the reputation of "a Buddhist country in the sea and sky". The three temples of Puji, Fayu and Huiji, as well as the 33 meter high statue of Nanhai Guanyin, are the sights that pilgrims would not like to miss. The pleasant scenery of mountains and seas is another moving part of Mount Putuo. It's very enjoyable to walk on the thousand step sand and overlook the sleeping Buddha on the sea.
There is no road between Putuo Mountain Island and the outside world, so you can only take a boat to the island to reach the Putuo Mountain wharf. The whole island is a long strip with a length of about 7 kilometers. The scenic spots near can be visited on foot. In addition, the Foding Mountain on the island can be visited by cableway (40 yuan for a one-way trip, 70 yuan for a round trip).
Mount Putuo Scenic Spot It is mainly distributed in three regions. The scenic spots in each region can be played together. The scenic spot consists of Putuo Mountain Island, Luojia Mountain Island and the eastern part of Zhujiajian Island, with a total area of 41.85 square kilometers, of which the core scenic spot Putuo Mountain Island is 12.5 square kilometers. The geological structure of Mount Putuo was formed 150 million years ago. After the sea erosion in the Quaternary glacial and interglacial periods, it has formed a complex and varied coastal landscape around the island. The geomorphic features of bays, beaches, sea erosion lanes, reefs and other landforms are complete and different. The island has beautiful scenery and unique seclusion. Jinsha, strange rocks, caves and ravines, tidal sounds, and illusions are all in one, forming a unique landscape of mountains and seas as well as water and sky. There are four distinct seasons in the scenic area, with neither hot summer nor cold winter. It is a subtropical marine climate. The annual average temperature is about 20 ℃, and the forest coverage rate reaches 80%. There are many ancient and famous trees, fragrant flowers and herbs everywhere.

Really good, cost-effective, and delicious seafood dinner! Puji Temple, Nanhai Avalokitesvara, Purple Bamboo Forest, and Xitian Scenic Spot are not very popular in the front temple, but in the Baibusha parking lot near Puji Temple, such inns as Fayu Temple, Foding Mountain, the fourth largest temple, and Fanyin Cave. Two days is enough, perfect!
@ No way The scenery is good, but most people come for worship. Most of them come and go in a hurry and rarely stop to watch. Although pilgrims come and go in a continuous stream and incense is very prosperous, Mount Putuo Island is actually very suitable for vacation and leisure. Therefore, it is better to choose the month when there are relatively few pilgrims and avoid the busy season and the first 15 days of the lunar calendar.
