Moon Lake The Moon Lake Scenic Spot, an AAAA level tourist attraction in Inner Mongolia Alashan League, covers a total area of 10 square kilometers. The lake water is like the moon embedded in the grassland, so it is named Moon Lake. The Mongolian language is called Salanor Lake. In the hearts of Mongolian people, the sun and the moon are respected as "gods".
Three unique features of Moon Lake:
1. The shape is similar to the map of China: when you look at the high sand dunes, a complete map of China is displayed in front of you, and the distribution of reeds marks the provinces and regions one by one.

How to get to Moon Lake ：
Public transportation: You can take the train to Yinchuan Railway Station, and then transfer to the bus from Yinchuan to Tengger Scenic Area.
Self driving route: Starting from the South Ring Road Police Station of Alxa League Public Security Bureau, drive due north for 140 meters, turn left to enter South Ring Road, drive along South Ring Road for 2.6 kilometers, turn left to enter S218, drive along S218 for 22.9 kilometers, turn right in front, drive 90 meters, and go straight. Drive 38.5km to the terminal (on the left side of the road), Tengger Moon Lake.
