Seven Star Park (National 4A Tourist Attraction), the largest comprehensive park in Guilin, is named after the seven peaks of the Seven Star Mountain, just like the Big Dipper falling from the sky. It covers an area of 1.37 square kilometers. The seven peaks in the park are arranged like the Big Dipper in the sky, hence the name of the scenic spot. Sun Yat sen, Deng Xiaoping, Clinton and many other Chinese and foreign heads of state, dignitaries and celebrities have visited here. In 1998, Bill Clinton, then the President of the United States, made a speech on environmental protection in front of Luoyu Mountain in the scenic spot.
Seven Star Park Scenic Area is a classic masterpiece of Guilin Scenic Area, which gathers the essence of mountains, waters, caves, stones, courtyards, buildings and cultural relics.
