Badachu Park , National (Beijing Shijingshan) AAAA level tourist attractions, eight of which refer to eight Buddhist temples in the park. Most of the eight temples have a long history and are full of incense. Many of them have been places of worship and blessing in the suburbs of Beijing since ancient times.
Badachu is named for eight well preserved ancient temples, and is also famous for its natural "twelve sights". The scenic spot is surrounded by three mountains, namely Cuiwei Mountain, Pingpo Mountain and Lushi Mountain. The ancients praised it as "three mountains are like Chinese houses, eight temples are like antiques in the house, and twelve sights are like gardens outside the house".
Several major temples are built on the hills in the park. The trees in the mountains are dense, and it looks very quiet and beautiful with the simple and solemn temple gardens. There are many ginkgo and maple trees on the mountain. Every autumn, the red and yellow leaves are very beautiful. It's very good to come here for sightseeing and climbing to worship Buddha.
Distribution of scenic spots : From the Sui and Tang dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties, dozens of temples have been built in Xishan. Now there are eight ancient temples in the park, Lingguang Temple, Chang'an Temple, Sanshan Nunnery, Dabei Temple, Longquan Temple, Xiangjie Temple, Baozhu Cave, and Zhenguo Temple. The "Eight Great Places" got their name from this. Among them, Lingguang Temple, Chang'an Temple, Dabei Temple, Xiangjie Temple, and Zhenguo Temple were all built by the emperor.

By bus : Take bus 347, 389, 598, 958, 972 and get off at Badachu Station.
metro : From Bajiao Amusement Park to Pingguoyuan Station, transfer to bus;
Self driving : get off at the Badachu exit of the West Fifth Ring Road, and then go 2km along Badachu Road to get there; At the Sijiqing Exit of West Fourth Ring Road, go along Xingshikou Road to Badachu Road.
